  • Stock hair systems and wigs are ready for immediate dispatch, with delivery expected within 3 to 7 working days.
  • For custom orders, production time varies between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the required production schedule.
  1. International Shipping & Delivery Times:
  • Normally, shipping from the PBARIA warehouse to your location takes approximately 4 to 7 working days.
  • PBARIA ships via FedEx, but alternative carriers like DHL, UPS, or EMS are available upon request. Contact customer service or your sales representative for arrangements.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local regulations, or unexpected delays.

  1. Shipping Costs:
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, and destination.
  1. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations:
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country.
  • PBARIA is not liable for delays or additional costs due to customs processing.
  1. Order Tracking & Notifications:
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
  • You can track your shipment via the courier’s tracking system for real-time updates.
  1. Shipping Restrictions & Guidelines:
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  1. Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Shipments
  • PBARIA is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier.

  1. Returns & Refunds on Shipping Fees:
